Today while I was at work the following went down at home:
Kitchen Faucet Fixed - CHECK
Water Damaged Wall Repaired - CHECK
Back Wall Repainted - CHECK (bonus clerestory windows and ledge cleaned)
Bathroom Wall Retiled - CHECK
AND best of all they didn’t trash my apartment! Contractors that actually clean up after themselves?! It’s a Christmas Miracle!!
two things...that I wish I could do
1. Make my own car repairs.
2. Make the perfect Cappuccino.
(realistically only one of these seem feasible)
